About This Tour

Discover Georgia's famous wine region with wine tastings, traditional food, and the iconic "City of Love." This immersive day trip takes you through rolling vineyards, medieval monasteries, and the romantic walled town of Sighnaghi.

Georgia is the birthplace of wine, with a winemaking tradition stretching back over 8,000 years. This full-day tour gives you an authentic taste of Kakheti, the country's most celebrated wine-producing region.

The day begins with a hands-on traditional bread-baking experience where you'll learn to make Georgian puri (bread) in a traditional tone oven. From there, visit a family-run Kakhetian winery to taste wines made in the ancient qvevri (clay amphora) method.

Spend the afternoon in Sighnaghi, the charming "City of Love" perched above the Alazani Valley with sweeping views of the snow-capped Caucasus mountains. Visit the serene Bodbe Monastery — the burial place of St. Nino, the woman who converted Georgia to Christianity.
